Biblical DISC® Certification Course Curriculum

We are grateful you chose Biblical DISC® as a trusted resource to help you help others discover and live according to their God-given potential. We believe that the most important part of leadership is the leader, and that the leader’s internal heart condition makes all the difference.

The first important question for every leader who wants to lead like Jesus to ask is: “Whose are you?” Who is the primary authority and audience for your life? Who is the one you trust the most? To whom do you belong? We trust that you’ve asked Jesus to be the answer to that question for you. Once you understand “Whose” you are, then you can begin the journey of discovering “Who” you are!

This is Where Biblical DISC® Comes In!

The answer to the “who you are” question defines your life purpose and identity. You were born with a purpose and a plan and you were created perfectly to fulfill it. An awareness of your God-given strengths and abilities will help you fully live according to His plan. As you dive into the Biblical DISC® certification you’ll discover important insights about the way you and others were naturally wired, and how you can help others use those insights to get better results and build more effective relationships.

Our desire is that once you’ve completed certification you will use the Biblical DISC® assessment as a training or coaching tool to help people improve communication, productivity, team building, leadership, and relationships at work and home. As a certified Biblical DISC® practitioner, you’ll have access to practitioner-only preferred pricing and to a vast library of resources and content to help you grow as a coach, trainer and developer of people.

Certification Content Overview

This certification is divided into Nine Sessions plus Appendix. It's important that you progress through this certification in the order it was designed.

Sessions include:

- Instructional videos

- Quizzes (self guided)

- PDF downloads / reading assignments

- Scheduling personal debrief sessions with one of our Master Trainers
