Preview: Lead Like Jesus: Foundations of Jesus-Centered Leadership
This is a college-level, 1-credit hour course designed to transform traditional views of leadership through the model of Jesus Christ. Students explore leadership as influence rather than position or power, learning that effective leadership begins with the heart and is rooted in humility, service, and stewardship. Through readings, videos, discussions, and reflective assignments, learners identify key influences in their lives, evaluate why Jesus is often overlooked as a leadership model, and develop practical goals for personal growth. This course equips students to lead with integrity, compassion, and purpose in alignment with Christ-centered principles.
